HIMALAYAN ALL PURPOSE SEASONED SALT

The Himalayan All Purpose Seasoned Salt was developed for those with a light palate who enjoy classic dishes like rotisserie chicken and grilled steaks and chops. Any Chef of Home Chef can put their own spin on this seasoning and use it as a base for their recipes. Please see the label for more information and suggestion. For Brisket, 2.25 teaspoons per pound (exactly 9g per pound); wait for the rub to dampen thoroughly or 1.5 - 2hour dry marinate. I always finish the seasoning with coarse butcher black pepper (16 mesh size) and put as much as you desire. This Himalayan Seasoned Salt will not overpower the natural flavour of the Barbecue Brisket, and it keeps it traditional with a very mild savoury herbal note.
